How would you write your story? Where would it begin? Where will it end? What compels you to write it? How do you navigate the emotional landscape of your story? Are you writing to heal, to confess, or to educate? Are you driven by vanity or some greater cause? How do you own your truth in the land of words? In this workshop we will consider these questions and more as we grapple with the rich and revelatory genre of memoir.

Participant requirements: writers are invited to bring in their family photographs to share, but this is not essential. A notepad/laptop is.
